The Foundation supports local, high-quality 501c3 or not-for-profit organizations with a focus on sustainable, matching, and revenue-generating grants in Wichita Falls.

Grant Cycle

Letter of Intent

New applicants must fill out a letter of intent prior to being asked to submit a full application.

Letters of intent can be submitted in January and July only.

Application

Previous grantees may submit applications January 1st to February 8th, and July 1st to August 15th.

The Board prefers sustainable, matching, and revenue-generating grants. Further information can be found in our Grant Help Guide.

Funding Decisions

Organizations will be notified in June and December of the Board’s funding decisions.

Follow-up reports will be required from all grantees.

*Note, all applicants need an Access Code in order to apply for a grant. As the Access Code resets each year, New and Returning Applicants applying for the first time in a calendar year must email dillardfamilyfoundation@tailwindadvisors.com for a new Access Code.
